Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of GildedDate. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old and pass our ID and selfie verification.
• You may hold one account, under your real identity.
• You may not join if you are a registered sex offender or have been removed from GildedDate before.

What GildedDate is for

GildedDate is a sugar dating service for adults who want relationships with clear expectations, such as romance, mentorship, travel and companionship. What consenting adults choose to do together is their own business. Gifts or support between members are personal choices and are never payment for sex or any sexual act.

Prohibited conduct

• Offering, requesting or advertising sex or sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts or anything of value.
• Escort, prostitution or "pay per meet" arrangements, or using codes for them.
• Human trafficking, or acting for or on behalf of someone else.
• Any involvement of a person under 18, or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Asking for money, gift cards, crypto, deposits or fees, or running any scam.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or sharing another person's private information or images.
• Nude or sexually explicit images, photos of children, or photos of anyone but you in your profile. Our team reviews every profile photo before other members see it.

Enforcement

We screen messages automatically and review reports. We may remove content, block messages, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We report suspected child sexual exploitation to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement on trafficking and other crimes.

Staff access and your messages

• Messages are private between you and the other member. GildedDate staff read a conversation only to investigate a report, a message our filters flagged, or a legal request.
• Every time staff open a conversation, suspend an account or use a team account, it is recorded in a log that staff can't edit.
• Staff may contact you from an account labelled "GildedDate Team". Team accounts never appear in Browse and never pretend to be members. Staff will never ask you for money, gift cards or ID documents by message.

Selling content

• Verified Muses may sell photo albums and videos for credits. GildedDate keeps 25% of each sale.
• Content must be non-explicit: no nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses.
• You must own the content, and everyone shown must be 18 or older and have signed a release.
• Listings sell digital content only. They can't offer meetings, time together, calls, custom requests or links to other sites.
• Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We remove content that breaks these rules and may close the seller's account and withhold unpaid earnings.
• Buyers get a personal, non-transferable license to view content on GildedDate. Copying or sharing it is prohibited.

Memberships and credits

Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Accounts closed for breaking these terms aren't refunded. See Refunds and cancellation for how to cancel and when refunds apply, and the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
